Poor Service Supersonic ISP

This Supersonic service sucks, they suspended my services after they had problem with their billing issues and my account. I called their account to try and fix this, it has been more than a week now without internet. Been promised call back from their supervisors for the past 3 days but dololo. I’m thinking of cancelling this and get a better service provider
