Poor service supersonic

Very poor service. First the device couldn't be delivered.. Eventually we changed the address, because it seems impossible to find our location. Eventually it got delivered after 3 weeks. Now the rooter is not connecting.. After a lot of struggle, they phone to say that someone canceled the device... So we have the device now, we have to pay for Mach.. Although we only got our device on 26 of March. And now we are being invoiced for April.. But the device is canceled.. Very very poor service
