Poor service, ****s

I have been in contact with this company from the 17 took a day off for installation the never came called text them and spend over R300 trying to get some to fix this . Finally someone came and installed and said the other pl will come activate which was a another lie .it's too 4 again before activation happened and the these guys said wait 2hrs I'll be connected at this point I had already asked for cancelation on their app ,email and WhatsApp and was ignored. Days later I text then the entire day thier WhatsApp was not working kept saying come back later they are experiencing technical difficulties. To date I am not connet no one is helping. Can u come take you product out of my house I dnt know why it is there and your service is very very poor your WhatsApp service worse and other channels are none existent. The stress u have caused and disappointment I dnt want to hear it come take ure product
