POOR SERVICE PROVIDER

poor service overall, you stay long holding for someone to pick up your call. they have cancelled their chat line on whatsApp. they do not resolve queries and even no escalation is done. you will call day in day out with no assistance whatsoever. I will advise you to stay away from this service provider if you are intending to take up their service. their billing also is not accurate and is not updated accordingly. trust me you will keep owing this supersonic forever and ever. I regret the day I chose them.
