Poor Service, Prolonging cancellation to keep getting money

I have sent mails, Chatted with the customer service and posted on Hellopeter twice and I was constantly told that someone will be in contact. this is utterly poor service. ive been struggling to have this service cancelled for a while now. and I've spoken to a lawyer as well, YOU WILL NOT BE RECEIVING A PAYMENT END OF THIS MONTH. I have been begging you to contact me to have this cancelled but no one calls me or even sends a mail.
