Is no one employed in your technical division? I was on hold for nearly 10 minutes and still no one bothered answering the phone. Your service is terrible, your internet speed is terrible and the signal keeps dropping out. Load shedding is your excuse for everything but even when there is power you still can't keep a stable signal.
