Poor service / lack of connectivity

Very quick to make changes to existing deals, fails to report to their clients whether there may be an outage or intermittent connection issues for any reason and not prompt in consulting their clients queries. This is day 2 that I am experiencing this.

At the moment I’m paying for 50mbps down / 50mbps up but I am running at 30 mbps up / 1,9 mbps down. The network is so slow that even text is taking forever to load

I have logged a ticket and still have not been attended to.

This has had a negative impact on my day operations and has also cost me as I have needed to purchase mobile data and connect via hotspot in order to operate business as usual.

My router is functioning normal as I am able to change from fibre to a different mobile network and functionality is restored,

I have also troubleshooted both the fibre box and the WiFi router and I only experience this once I connect the fibre to the router.

This is very disappointing and frustrating.

To add insult to injury, now the upload speed as dropped to below 2mbps.
This is absolutely ridiculous.

Failing to for fill your part as a service provider, even my initial ticket has not been attended to.

This needs to be fixed, considering you felt it ok to change my package due to ‘price increase’ and now the service is worse but my package has supposedly ‘upgraded’

Let me know what the issue is so I can make an informed decision regarding my fibre SP
