Poor service is an understatement! Pathetic…

My mothers’ LTE service hasn’t been working for the last 3 months. A replacement sim was delivered which also doesn’t work. Unstable & Unreliable service “Skilled” agents are not so skilled and don’t have the technical capability to resolve problems. A track record of not being able to reach Supersonic on their Call Centre, Whatsapp, or via Email. Poor after-sale service!
