Poor service from Supersonic

Im upset with them I have a 150mb line up and down but my wifi runs 60 and 20 and my ping is like 102!!! But i pay R900 every month and when I call i just have to hear the whole time i have to wait 48 hours but the time is over and still if i call i have to wait!!
