Poor service from Supersonic

"Hello Peter, please help me rate this company called Supersonic. They are very unprofessional and have very poor customer service. They made debit orders for amounts that are not authorized by the customer. Even when you make a payment to them, they don't allocate it. Despite sending numerous emails, they won't respond at all. Their calls go unanswered. I am really disappointed. Each employee passes the ball to another. I am so hurt as they keep on saying I should keep on paying."
