Poor service from either Supersonic or MetroFibre Networx.
I have tried for 2months or more to get upgraded from FLTE to Fibre through another supplier "Metrofibre networx" I believe. To now they haven't phoned me back with a update/installation date. I have tried to get updates from supersonic and they say they escalate the issue, but no one phones back.

31 May 2022, 16:31Hi, then why has it taken this long to tell me this. Your website clearly shows that your packages are available in my area. Everyone I spoke to said its fine. MetroFibre Networx tried to book an installation time in the beginning. I said I was in a granny flat and then suddenly had to update the system and then no more responses..... seems very suspicious. So... if you are not the ISP for fibre who is in my area?

MetroFibre Networx tried to book an installation time in the beginning. I said I was in a granny flat and then suddenly had to update the system and then no more responses..... seems very suspicious. So... if you are not the ISP for fibre who is in my area?

03 Jun 2022, 11:13No response from supersonic...here. After Call Supersonic I now have Reference number. But now, no urgency only a comment posted to Metro Fibre Networx. Hmmm, because the original work instruction was for the incorrect building, now I have to wait again. Come on Metro Fibre networx please install my fibre urgently. I've been more than patient actually since February.
