Poor service!

I am shocked at the service deterioration from Supersonic wifi, especially when making calls or queries. As I wrote this review I have been put on hold three times already with a call duration of over 25min. The other thing is their call center used to be 24/7 online, now I see they have operating hours from Monday to Friday from 8-5pm. So if you have issues afterwards you will be unassisted???? I will definitely be changing wifi providers if this doesn't change.
