Poor service.

Really bad service. I have gotten Supersonic LTE just this week and it worked perfect for the first 2-3 days until yesterday. I have tried contacting via WhatsApp, emails and phone calls and still no response. The WhatsApp business profile just tells me that an agent will contact me, I am still waiting for an agent to call me back.
