Poor service!

This is the second complaint I have in a manner of 2 months for this company. Last month they send me the incorrect person's payment link. Had to pay again coz they couldn't transfer it back and said I will be refunded within 21 days. Today is 23 working days already still nothing. On the first they double debited me like what the hell man??? The guy called Regan who said they will add this extra one and will make a total of about 800 that will be refunded. He advised it would not take another 21 days. Today I'm charting with a guy called Thembelihle who says my refund is not even approved. Only once approved then it will take 7- 14 working days. I want my money back asap! I will never do business with Supersonic ever again!!!!
