Poor service

I have exhausted all avenues in getting my issue resolved with Supersonic. They take their clients for granted and their service if just appalling!!! The only thing they know is to reply here publicly to give other the impression that they are assisting and they just disappear. I have dealt with Joshua Chinniah, who gave me the wrong advice and then he is now ignoring my calls. The project manager is Juan, who is just as useless, as he has totally disappeared and then you get Nonhlanhla who replies here, but disappears soon after that.

I would advice that you stay away from these ******, as they will take your money and disappear when they have to provide the service or assist you in any way. I have requested a refund and still waiting a month later!!!
