Poor service delivery by supersonic

My wifi stop to work last Saturday. It was only been fix @ 13h00 yesterday today I contact them on whattsupp the last time they respond today was @ 17h00 after that nothing. Supersonic must be on the moment the most useless isp. They went from good to bad It just show me what supersonic think about there customers sweet nothing only thing they interested is there money. Solong I paid every month it's fine when nothing going wrong but boy o boy let something going wrong and not working then there incompetence is showing. I going to make it easy for them I'm going to cancel my subscription I cannot continue like this as I haven't got time for this uselessness.
