Poor service

I have been with Supersonic over 10 years. I have called them to cancel in February it’s now May and my debit order keeps going off. Numerous phone calls but they can not sort it out. I have previously complained to hellopeter about them and should have cancelled a few years back already. Unfortunately I didn’t.
