POOR SERVICE

I logged a refund claim last year September six months later, I have not received my refund, I keep getting the run around, And I keep being asked for proof of payment which was submitted several times. Managers refuse to talk to me and will advise i will get contacted, lately when i call in and follow up the agents hang up the line.
