Poor service

I'm writing this review with full of regret, I wish I read the reviews before signing up with Supersonic fiber, I'm siting with the WIFI that is not working or the past 2 weeks. their WhatsApp number has been under maintenance, their landline number just ringing and no one is responding to Facebook messages. i feel sorry for people who still want to join now knowing that this company is a **** they only know to debit your money but they cant provide service. I'm asking myself why are they still operating we need to boycott them, this is not right.
