POOR SERVICE

Poor service I have ever experienced 😢. Since they installed the system they never communicated with me ,I have to called them and check with them ,is when they revealed that my account is inareas when I sign the contract with Mtn I selected 25th debit date but supersonic choose to select on the 1st which I failed understand why they changed the debit order date.They even failed to let me talked to finance department over the call to rectify their mistakes.I AM NOT HAPPY WITH SUPERSONIC FIBRE SERVICE AT ALL
