Poor service and unreasonable billing

Supersonic is billing me an amount that was not agreed upon. They attempting to debit R2189. Our agreed-upon debit order is R499. What is frustrating is that I cannot get a hold of anyone who can explain why I am now being charged such exorbitant amounts because I have never had any returned debit orders.

As of today 04/11/2024 I have not been assisted I have tried to reach out through email and calls.
