Poor service and connectivity during load shedding

I use supersonic fibre. I live in Parkmore and when there is load shedding the connectivity is lost for the entire period. I have reported it to supersonic for more than a month. Others in the area have also done so but they refuse to fix the problem. Those that are on Openserve in our area do not have the problem. Worst service provider, I am going to change to Openserve
