Poor Service and Bad Signal Issues

Got poor to no signal on our LTE. When we canceled my month tot month contract they recon me I canceled befor 24 month but it was month to month. They want R2800 from me so I send back their router and still they deducted another R600 for some clawback fee. Ridiculous!!! *****'s !!!
