Poor service
They canceled my internet service 3days ago and I logged a call with them and can't reconnect the service it's 3 days now and I have need texting and calling but they don't seem to know what they are doing

20 Feb 2023, 15:46I still don't have internet and I have had more than 6 tickets for the same issue and supersonic agents keep on closing the ticket so that is seems as if they have resolved issues snd I have to open anew ticker
