Poor service

I cancelled April 2021 due to moving. I only spoke nice about the company only to be told in October 2022 my contract was never cancelled and I was billed the whole time. I was a debit order client and after my firts cancellation time the order stopped. Now in 2024 I have been handed over and contact with Supersonic is useless when calling. The WhatsApp consultants are also of no help. After providing my first cancellation via email amd phone it is now said it doesn't work that way. Their system changes and throws away info. Worst ever provider!!!
