Poor service

Poor service. I cancelled my supscription in February already for end March. End of March you took funds from me and im still waiting for my refund. I was promised a refund more than a week ago but its still not done. No managers called after i requested a callback. This is absolute poor service from a company that should be a 5 star company. I meed my refund before COB today
