Poor Service

Very poor service. If your internet services are down, then they do the minimum amount of effort to assist you. When calling their support line, you wait a long time to be connected and if you request a call back, they don't call you or after 2 days. I've app**** for Air Fibre. My application only got handed to the installation team 2.5 weeks later and Im still waiting. It would be nice if someone can just call you and provide feedback once and a while.
