Poor service

Super sonic has the poor service ever .Our wifi have been disconnected for over two weeks now and mind you this happened after we placed the payment for the month May we tried to call them wrote emails but non of them were answered and we started using the fibre last year December my grandmother even things to cancel the membership with them .I swear when it comes to ruining my day super sonic is so creative ..This problem even affects my school work
