Poor Service

We have been with Supersonic for a few years already. Their service was good in the beginning but lately is is almost impossible to get hold of them for support. Phones ring forever, if they answer. When they want their money, be aware, they will stop your service if you pay a day late. They also don't call you back because there is no option for such a support. I normally don't do these type of reviews without giving the company a fair chance first. At this point it is frustrating.
