Poor Service

I have had the worst experience from both supersonic and Vumatel since I’ve moved to a new place. I have not had WiFi for 5days and their team isn’t helpful AT ALL. They will take days to fix an issue and give you the same reasons with no solution. 5days is too long to go without internet especially when working from home. I wouldn’t recommend them AT ALL!!! They’re both very slow at fixing issues.
