Poor Service

I am experiencing terrible service issues with Supersonic. The WhatsApp line is not working, there's no response on Facebook, and I have to hold for more than 20 minutes to talk to someone at the call centre. My account does not reflect my last two payments, and my service has been suspended. I have sent proof of payment for both months, but my service has not been restored. I do not know what is going on with Supersonic as I have had my account for a while without issues, but their service has definitely declined recently.
