Poor service

We upgraded our fiber line from 100mbs/100mbs R995pm to 1000mbs/200mbs R1445 on the 13th of December 2021 and we are still waiting for it to be upgraded. No one at the call center can tell me exactly what the hold up is. The order was supposed to go through on the 31st of December.
