Poor service

Absolute disgusting service! After numerous complains about issues with bad download and poor ping speeds, I was eventually told that it is OpenServe's issue and there is nothing they can do about it. After requesting an escalation for them to resolve, they told me to escalate to OpenServe direct. OpenServe is not evem public facing. After having enough, I decided to cancel my service. It been nearly a month and numerous emails further with absolutely NO response or confirmation of cancellation given to me. My cry for help is just bluntly being ignored!!!
