poor service

What terrible terrible service i received...been off almost a week.my account was paid in full and still not reconnected. I spoke to more that 50 different people and no one can help to re****ect me i consistently get transfered from one person to the next and no one has a brain or knows how it works. If i don't get transfered i get oka ex on hold for 30 min or more or i get cut off. I tried WhatsApp and Facebook but they could not even help. I do the call me back oprion then someone will call me but then just places me on hold..this is ridiculous man...im fed up we pay so much and font get a proper service. Between me and my husband we spend more that 9 hours phoning you guys ..poor survive
