Poor service

I bought s router, i can’t connect to the internet. Yesterday they said they’ve got a problem with sim activation because the system is down. Today when i follow up, they said they still getting an error because the sim wasn’t rica’d. I was unfaily treated yet month end they’re going to debit the money but it’s been two days already, i’m sitting with a router that is not working.
