Poor service
Good day
I placed and for 3 orders on the 26th of December and still have not received my orders to date. There are always new stories that come up every single time I contact them to follow up. It is just under a month and I am really getting frustrated now. This level of incompetence has become an inconvenience to me and my family!!! This is clearly way past their promised 3 - 5 days SLA!!! They keep on lying about trying to call me, yet I do not have a single missed call or message from them!!!
