Poor Poor service

There is no service when you need help, their WhatsApp number is always having technical problems, they will increase your premium without knowledge . I have sent an email I am told I will be attended to in 14 days, and if I want to cancel I must give a month notice. So now that it's been months me trying to cancel when will I give the notice? It's bad they use different reference you can't reverse and you can't stop their debit orders.
