POOR! POOR! EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE!!!!

I really don't know how this company is still on business their reviews says it all. No response whatsoever on the tickets logged, no response on their call center line, WhatsApp number under maintenance. I have cancelled the order before I could receive the router because their courier from RAM Couriers never reached me now my ISP Line is blocked and cannot use another service provider. I regret having placed the order with them such an inconvenience now I am left with no WI-FI for my kids studying at home it's a nightmare.
