Poor Internet service

I got my internet installed by Supersonic and every time the network drops without notice and then the customer service is not reachable. I am really always getting a raw deal from Supersonic. The last time I had asked to cancel but they acted to address my issues. Now the FIBRE is installed and it just drops. In the last 3 days it dropped many many time and at critical moments.
