Poor fiber connection

Firstly their agent don’t have patience and their don’t even care about customer, their service is appalling, their take the connection without notice, called and spoke to Boitumelo Mosikari who cancelled my appointment because I asked a simple question why send people at 4:30 and I had not had a connection for 3days now.
