Poor customer services

It's been extremely frustrating trying to get through to SuperSonic's call center. I've tried their WhatsApp service which was under maintenance. The call center says working hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday but the no one answered. My call was dropped immediately after receiving that message.

The customer service has always been appalling, not the first time writing a review here. Clearly they don't take their customers seriously. My account was suspended after paying but was never re-instated. Which is the norm with them, paying for services that aren't rendered.

This company customer service is honestly getting out of hand. When the company close or when people are retrenched because of complaints and poor servicing of customers its employees and management should be shocked because it's only a matter of time. Customers will go where they are treated well and appreciated.
