Poor customer service. They are unreacheable.

They are like unreachable when you have a question to ask. Why operate, when you dont have time for your customers? When I call, I stay for long on line, when you email, no one gets back to you.

I recently had an extra amount added to my invoice, they debit me with an extra amount I do not know what it is for. I emailed twice, to their billing department, that someone explain to me, what is the extra charge on my account, but no one is coming back to me. This is not a good customer service, in fact there is no customer service.
