Poor Customer service! No Internet on our WiFi for months!!

I’ve had the worst customer service from Supersonic. Our WiFi is not working all day everyday for months on ends. They promised to follow up and contact me when I complained here, none of that has happened!

I’m ready to jump ship. Please don’t ever consider Supersonic as a service provider for your WiFi . You will be frustrated with NO support at all. I’m fuming 😤
