Poor customer service

I orderd fibre from MTN fibre which they allocated me Supersonic fiber for my home. The router and fibre installation took only 3 days to arrive and was satisfied with the service. After the technician did the installation I tried calling supersonic to get my fibre activated through a support call but I got put on hold for more than 30 minutes. It's been over 5 hours since my fibre has been set up but the connection is not activated. No one answers the support call and no one respons to emails. This is the reference to my order ***.
