Poor Customer Service - Delayed Resolution of Account Query.
I have been topping up my own data for wifi everytime I run out, however Supersonic debits my account at month end. I have logged in a refund query since August and everytime I call Supersonic I am told the finance department has not allocated my payments yet as per the proof of payments I have sent through. It's been over 4 months now and I still havnt recieved my refund from Supersonic. My statement is showing odd amounts that have been debited off and no one cn explain what they are for.
This has resulted in a decision to cancel my account as of the end of January. I sent cancellation email in Decemeber and recieved an acknowledgement email , however when I called support centre I was told there is no email showing under in my account about a cancellation.
This is exactly my frustration with Supersonic, everything is a mission . You are told your query is being escalated but you still dont get any call from management or a resolution. You spend your airtime after airtime calling them everyday but still nothing gets done because the call centre staff can only log your query, and are not able to assist with explaining your statement or advising otherwise. On the other hand when you ask to speak to a manger you are told they will call you back which yet again never happens.
Such service delivery is really not worth it. I am happy to be cancelling my account as I will not tolerate such bad service. My own money has not refunded to me and I dont see why Supersonic doesnt see this as an urgent matter, when we in a pandemic and most people like myself are cash strapped during these difficult times.
Apologies for the inconvenience we have caused you. I do see your case for refund and it was sent to one of our PMO for allocations and I am also following up to see if it was allocated.
Regards
Sandra
