Poor customer service

What is the point of having poor customer service support. I have been trying to get help since yesterday. Do you know how exhausting it is to try and get hold of your customer service?

Watsapp is useless, I was on hold on you calls since yesterday. I haven't received any call backs requested, how *********** . 150 was debited instead of 399, I am still waiting for answers. I am not getting any feedback and answers.
