POOR customer service and very limited to the product

this ISP suck will cancel soon... firstly the calls are so bad cant barely hear anything their say... I called to find out if I can put the sim in a pocket router because of load shedding their rep**** no without explanation and funning enough when I would to cancel "their cant hear me and then hangs up never to return your call"
