Poor customer Service and internet connection

They have horrible customer service, and their WhatsApp chat service is utterly useless. Had no internet connection for the whole month, and I called their arrogant and dismissive call agents who give out the same generic answers that are unhelpful and to add the icing on top, they even had a long nice chat talking about stuff irrelevant to my query and laughing at videos while I was the line waiting for their assistance. I opened countless tickets and haven't got feedback on either of them. I cancelled my service, and as a slap in the face, they double-billed me for a service I am not receiving.
