Poor customer service

They have a very bad customer service , I ordered an LTE deal with them and I was told I will pay this certain amount , I confirmed million times with their agent and he said that’s what I will be paying , days later of not getting delivery communication I reached out and I was told I need to pay extra because my deal went up , how does it go up while on their website it’s still the same ? Now I asked for the order cancellation ,still my order is not being cancelled and I am not receiving my money back .
