Poor customer service
Supersonic never bordered to contact me despite being contacted by Hellopter twice on my case. I have been given several CAS numbers since the 10th September which they never followed up until I consulted Hellopeter two weeks ago . The company still repeat what they have done with me. The company never honored what they have promised to Hellopeter on two occasions and am still waiting for their call .
